Please keep in mind that our retreat yoga classes are held in conjunction with our 200 hour yoga teacher training. It is done so retreat guests can experience what it feels to be a part of a proper teacher training module. Also, since it is a retreat and holiday, it is not mandatory for you to attend all classes, however, the more you practice, the better outcome you will receive at the end of your 7-day yogic journey.
